Elevators are located directly by the apartment. Underground parking spaces are available for an extra fee. A shared spa area is also accessible in the building for an extra fee. Enjoy the outdoor balcony and the view of the sea, the Trave river, and, in the distance, the seven towers of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck. The Baltic Sea beach and beach chairs are right at the Hotel Maritim. Wi-Fi is free but not very stable.
